Every event has a report that pulls together how your invitations were delivered, who replied, how much was contributed and who arrived. You can also download your data as PDF, Excel or CSV for printing, sharing with family or keeping as a record.

Open the event report

  1. Open the event.
  2. Go to the Money tab and tap Reports (or Full report from the event overview).

The report shows:

  • Total guests and how many cards were sent.
  • Cards read and the read rate.
  • Checked in, as a share of guests who confirmed.
  • Contributions against your goal, if contributions are on.

Below that are sections for Card delivery (Read, Delivered, Sent, Failed, Not sent), RSVP responses (Confirmed, Declined, Pending), Send activity, Channels, Contributions progress and Check-in summary. Check-in numbers update live during your event.

Download your data

Open the event's Guests tab and tap Export in the toolbar. Choose one of:

OptionWhat you get
Full event reportA PDF with a cover page, guests, gift registry and contributions, including blank rows for writing in cash
Export as ExcelA workbook with 4 sheets: guests, attendees, contributions and send report
Guest list PDFAll guests with delivery status, contributions and payment method
Attendees PDFChecked-in guests only, ready to print at the door

The file downloads straight to your device. If you have no guests yet, add some first. See Add guests.

Contributions as CSV

On the event's Contributions page, tap Export CSV to download every payment with guest name, amount, method, date and status. The Contributions page in the main menu has the same button for all your events at once.

Ideas for using your exports

  • Before the event: print the Guest list PDF for the family committee meeting and follow up with guests who haven't replied.
  • At the door: keep the Attendees PDF or the Excel file as a backup in case the internet drops. See QR check-in at the door.
  • After the event: use the Full event report as a thank-you list and a record of contributions and gifts. Fill cash given on the day into the blank rows.

FAQ

Why are some numbers different from what I expected?

Cards read only counts guests whose WhatsApp sends read receipts. Some people turn these off, so the real read rate is usually higher. Delivery statuses can also take a few minutes to update after a send.

Does the report include cash contributions?

Yes, if you recorded them with Record cash on the Contributions page.

Can I export on my phone?

Yes. The export menu works in the mobile browser. The file goes to your downloads.

Is there a charge for exports?

No. Downloading reports from the dashboard is free.
