Send a message — we sign you up

The bot asks for your name (just like web signup) and your agreement to the Terms of Service. After that we recognize you by your phone number — no password, no OTP.

Fill in event details

The bot asks for your event name, date, venue, and host names — one question at a time.

Design your card with one link

The bot sends you a secure 30-minute link. Open it and you go straight into the card studio — no separate login. When you're done, hit 'Back to WhatsApp'.

Add guests (two ways)

A) Share WhatsApp contact cards (➕ → Contact). The bot adds them all and dedupes automatically. B) Or type *SHIRIKI* to get a wa.me link to post in your WhatsApp group — guests tap it, type their name, and receive their card personally. The bot tells you each time someone new joins.

Pay via M-Pesa / Tigo / Airtel / Halotel

Choose WhatsApp only, SMS only, or WhatsApp with SMS fallback. The bot shows you the cost, then sends a payment request to your phone — confirm to continue.

Invitations go out, replies come here

Once payment lands, the bot sends invitations to all your guests and reports back. RSVPs (YES/NO) come straight to this WhatsApp chat.

The bot accepts up to 30 messages per minute per number — beyond that we throttle briefly.

You can create up to 3 events per day — wait until tomorrow or contact us for a higher limit.

Event names containing spam or illegal-business keywords are blocked.

The card design link expires after 30 minutes — type LINK if you need a fresh one.
